General policy
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation free of charge until the day of arrival, 12:00 (local time). After this date the hotel will charge the first night.
Guarantee policy:
To guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number. No advance payment will be taken, payment will be made on site. Please inform us of any late arrival.

Flexible Rate Policy
Terms and conditions of the promotion
Single room rate, without breakfast.
This rate corresponds to the direct rate at the hotel, on its website, its brand website

The amount committed is not refundable, even in case of cancellation or modification. The SAFEBOOKING cancellation insurance will be proposed in your confirmation email once the reservation is made.

List of services
The final list of rooms rented shall be submitted to the hotel, in writing, at least 14 working days before the date of arrival. The detailed list of names, dates and times of arrival and departure must be clearly indicated.
In addition, any reservation made by list is guaranteed for no-shows and late cancellations by the guest.
Individual calls:
Where the client is responsible for individual room bookings, any unused allotment will be cancelled 14 working days prior to the arrival date. However, the allotment may be retained if the client guarantees payment for the number of unused nights.
Changes
The guest shall inform the hotel in writing of any last minute changes to their arrival; e.g. arrival and departure times, change of name. No verbal agreements will be accepted.
Deposit
30% deposit on confirmation of booking
Balance to be paid on site
The hotel may require a full prepayment of the amount of the event, as defined in the attached contract.
In case of non-payment of the deposit, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the contract without compensation to the client.
Additional charges
Any additional charges to the contract, whether for food, drink or any other service provided by the hotel at the request of the client, shall be invoiced by the hotel and payable by the client, unless otherwise arranged, in which case the client shall pay for any extras directly on departure.
Partial or total cancellation
* Free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date,
* Less than 10 days before the date of arrival 100% of the amount of the services booked and cancelled,
For cancellations outside of these notification periods, or in excess of the above mentioned amounts, the cancellation fee is 100% of the contracted rate and for the entire stay.For reservations made during a period of congresses and local events, the hotel reserves the right to adjust its deposit requirements and its General Conditions of Cancellation.
Other damages
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by him/herself, his/her guests or participants on the hotel premises, such as damage to the equipment or premises provided for his/her use.
Security
In the event of an emergency, the Client must assist in the evacuation of participants from the premises. Furthermore, the hotel cannot be held responsible for the theft or damage of objects belonging to the client.
Toxic and hazardous substances as well as flammable materials are not permitted in the hotel.
Termination of the contract
The hotel reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, by written notice, if the guest does not comply with the above-mentioned conditions, without any compensation for the guest. The hotel reserves the right to cancel this contract if it considers that the event could interfere with the normal course of its business, damage its security or damage its reputation.
Responsibilities
The hotel shall not be liable for the non-performance of this contract in the event of force majeure (floods, earthquakes, fire), strikes, work stoppages or any other cause beyond the control of the hotel. In the event that the hotel is unable to provide the services for such reasons, it will make a similar reservation with another provider. The hotel will use all possible means to provide the planned service with a higher number of participants, but cannot be held responsible if it cannot do so.
Dispute
